Town of Brome Lake uses several tools to communicate with its population. In addition to providing information on social networks such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, citizens can sign up for the monthly newsletter and consult the quarterly VLB info TBL bulletin published online.
A wide range of information can also be found on the Town's website in the Communications and Publications section (press releases, newsletter, and quarterly bulletins).
You can also view The Council at a Glance, a monthly capsule summarizing the main items on the agenda of Town Council meetings.
For “urgent” situations, citizens can sign up for the Public Alerting System to receive any notices issued.
The newsletter is published monthly, usually during the third week, and contains municipal, environmental, recreational and cultural news. To subscribe, enter your email address in the Subscribe to newsletter section at the bottom of the home page.
This tool enables important information to be rapidly disseminated to citizens, businesses and enterprises. To receive alerts, however, you must be registered. Fill in the form if you are a new resident or if your telephone number has changed.
In what types of emergencies can we call you?
Alerts and communications are configurable. You choose the alerts and notifications you wish to receive, according to your preferences. You also choose how you want to receive your notifications: telephone, mobile, SMS or email.
