The Town of Brome Lake is about to adopt its new strategic plan covering the years 2024 to 2028. Over the past few months, the Town has worked with the firm Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton to define the vision, mission, values and major strategic orientations that will compose the final document, scheduled for adoption this spring.

Here are the five orientations of the 2024-2028 strategic plan:

  • Citizen services that respect diversity while fostering inclusion and a sense of belonging
  • A dynamic town center with a diverse and attractive commercial, cultural and tourist offering
  • Harmonious development of the territory, considering the needs of the population and the personality and history of the town
  • Measures to promote ecological transition and protect biodiversity
  • Modern management and increased collaboration with all the Town’s stakeholders and partners

On February 27 and 29, Town of Brome Lake invited the public to two meetings at which the five orientations mentioned above were unveiled.
