Press Release – Festive Fridays 2022

PRESS RELEASE

For immediate release

It’s the Big Return of Our Festive Fridays!

After a two-year hiatus, Festive Fridays are back in full force this summer at Coldbrook Park in Brome Lake! These not-to-be-missed events will take place every Friday from July 8 to August 5, starting at 6:00 p.m.

Rain or shine, residents and visitors of Brome Lake are invited to gather at Coldbrook Park for a free and different show every week. Music, comedy, and children’s entertainment are part of the program. There will also be an on-site beverage service provided by local businesses.

A transformed Coldbrook Park
This will be the first edition to take place in our new, much larger Coldbrook Park. With the demolition of the commercial building at 30 Lakeside Road in September 2020, the grassy area of Coldbrook Park has been greatly expanded, allowing for more gathering and festivities on site!

2022 Programming
July 8 – 50’s rockabilly tribute band Drive-In
July 15 – Comedian Dave Gaudet and acoustic folk duo Daniel Haché and Trisha Pope
July 22 – Fiddler and traditional/festive singer Alain François
July 29 – The country band Rodeo Drive
August 5 – The children’s show Brimbelle on the Path of Flavors

This is the perfect way to kick off your summer weekends! Bring your chairs and your festive mood!
