2023-2027 Strategic Plan: The Population Is Invited to Take a Survey

Brome Lake, May 8, 2023 – As the work towards the creation of a new strategic plan has begun, the Town of Brome Lake is inviting its population to take part in a survey that will be crucial to the future of the process.

The survey covers a wide range of topics, such as mobility, economy, community life, development of the territory, environment, as well as services to citizens. Residents are also invited to share their vision of the future of Brome Lake.

The strategic plan, produced in collaboration with Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton (RCGT), will allow the Town of Brome Lake to define its priorities for the next five years and to guide its future decisions. The survey will prove to be an important tool for understanding the community’s needs and concerns, as well as for gathering ideas and suggestions.

“Community participation is more than essential to building a strong and inclusive strategic plan,” said Brome Lake Mayor Richard Burcombe. “I encourage all residents to get involved: take 20 minutes to fill out the survey and make your voice heard. Your input will help us shape the future of our town.”

Community members have until Tuesday, May 30, to take the survey by visiting the Town of Brome Lake website or by following this link: https://fr.surveymonkey.com/r/NXQ7F8Z (by selecting the language of their choice in the upper right corner). Residents can also obtain a paper copy by contacting the Town Hall at 450 243-6111.

It should be noted that the new strategic plan will be unveiled in the fall.
